With fly fishing pressure increasing in the Reno-Tahoe area, private waters are becoming more and more popular. The Reno Fly Shop offers the regions best local private waters program. The goal of our program is to offer the best quality fly fishing opportunity while keeping pressure to a minimum. Our waters offer day fishing as well as overnight accommodations for those who would like to stay on site. We also offer guide and or meals packages and will customize any trip to fit your needs.

We are now taking reservations for Smith Creek Ranch and Lassen Meadows Ranch.

We are anticipating another great season. We still have availability for prime fishing times for both Ranches. Smith Creek opens in April and Lassen Meadows opens at the end of May.
